Coreboxes
Coreboxes
A corebox is a device used to produce mold cores, which form orifices and cavities in the course of casting. Coreboxes may be split or unsplit (turn-out coreboxes). Selection of the corebox type depends on the size and shape of the core, method of its production and type of manufacture. Coreboxes are manufactured from steel, wood, pig iron, plastic or aluminum alloys. The highest durability and work precision are ensured by coreboxes made of metal.
