Today the company offers its customers almost all types of technological equipment, cutting tools, control and measuring tools. Moreover, these products have the highest level of quality. Purposeful work on technical modernization of fixed assets helps to achieve such level of quality without which manufacturing of modern competitive products is impossible. Thus, for the last years electrospark, grinding, milling, turning machines, vacuum furnace, coordinate measuring machine of leading producers from Czech Republic, Switzerland, Germany and Italy have appeared on production facilities of the plant, which allow to ensure precision of rigging and tools production from 0,01 to 0,005 mm. In particular, these are such world-known brands as: Kellenberger, Omicron, DMG, HERMLE, SCHMETZ. Sharmiles technology ("Roboform", "Robofil"), Arthur Klink GmbH. Of course, fleet of machines is complemented by domestic equipment, as long as it is not inferior to imported analogues. Production of solid carbide monolithic tools (used in mechanical engineering for metalworking) is mastered on the machines of Vitebsk manufacturing plant ("Vizas"). Cutters, alignments, made on it, are of the highest quality. It has already been appreciated by the first users, Gomselmash machine builders, and we are confident that other customers will also appreciate the quality.
The new state-of-the-art equipment provides serious advantages not only in terms of quality, but also in terms of shortening tool production times and increasing volumes. The factory is ready, on request of the customer, not only to manufacture products, but also to work out necessary technical documentation at the highest level. The programs with which our technologists work: Pro/Engeneer, Unigraphix. To keep track of trends and innovations in toolmaking, our specialists actively visit exhibitions, conferences and seminars on mechanical engineering and equipment.
